Civilian Has Been Working Hard Recently

Civilian has been working hard recently. Coming off a performance at the inaugural Orlando Calling Festival last November, the band has recorded a new album, entitled, 'Should This Noose Unloosen.' Civilian's full album is in the process of being mastered and is scheduled to be released in May of this year with a tour following suit.
Their song "Don't Lose Heart," which has been compared to something you would hear on the Beatles White Album by Alex Rendon of the New Times, will be a part of the soundtrack for the upcoming film "Renee". "Renee" stars Kat Denning, Chad Michael Murray & Rupert Friend, and also features artists like Travie McCoy, Ryan Gosling's band Dead Man's Bones and Between the Trees.

Battlefield Drum Company features Civilian in recent webisode

Civilian was recently highlighted in a webisode for Battlefield Drum Company. Not only was their song, ‘Don’t Lose Heart’ featured, but fans also got a behind the scenes glimpse of the band as they tracked their upcoming album at the Eldest Only Studio, in Atlanta.

Nick Nardone from Civilian reviews his latest endorsement

Nick Nardone, bass player from Civilian, has yet another addition to his pedal board. Now endorsed by DarkGlass Electronics, he plays his bass using the MicroTubes B3K Bass Overdrive Pedal which he claims is a full-time pedal throughout the set. With tons of different overdrive pedals out there, Nick calls it "by far my favorite bass overdrive pedal I've ever used..." Must be pretty good huh?!
